ORDERS

*Please allow 3-7 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing. Our business days are Wednesday-Saturday.

*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.

 *We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted

RETURN POLICY:

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

In-store and Online

*Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the date of purchase in-store, or date of delivery for online orders (per tracking).

*Original shipping is not refundable.

*The customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

* We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).

*Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, pet free, and food free condition.

 *In store returns will be refunded as store credit only.

* Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, fragrance or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or has been washed/worn/altered. Items must be in original condition with applicable tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made  after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity.

*Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact

 *Damages must be reported with 72 hours of purchase or receipt of order.

*FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

*Purchases made during a special promotion will not be accepted for a return. Please read all promotion details.

SHIPPING

​*Orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday, excluding holidays

*We are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed in the same, or multiple days, whether the order has shipped or not.

*Dezignz by Nikki does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available

*It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays

.*Dezignz by Nikki is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.

*Dezignz by Nikki is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.
